FLTA President-elect Shelley Stewart, CLC, addressed the Florida Association of Realtors Business Issues Subcomittee during the annual FAR convention on Friday, August 21. She discussed the concepts of  file & use and risk rate only and explained the detrimental impact these policies could have on the settlement services process in the state of Florida.
