Curtis McClung, FLTA’s Zone II VP, is hosting a meeting of all area title agents to discuss pending legislative issues. including a review of SB 260, which was filed by Senator Bennett and would likely destroy the livelihoods of title agents and attorney agents throughout the state as well as inhibit real estate commerce in Florida.
In addition, Florida Title Insurance Study Advisory Council recommendations will be reviewed, along with the bills that resulted from that blue ribbon advisory panel. Please plan to attend!
